UK orders are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class in an A5 “Do Not Bend” envelope. Shipping is charged as postage & packaging.

Each bookplate is personalised with the name provided at checkout and written by hand. Because of this, I am unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once the bookplate has been personalised, unless the item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described.
Please check the spelling of the name carefully before placing your order, as it will be written exactly as entered.
If there is a problem with your order, please contact me as soon as possible after delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and I will be happy to help.
