This Returns & Refunds Policy applies to purchases made through the online shop hosted on www.fayrekehoe.com, including items sold under "Have Courage & Bee Kind", a small creative business founded by Fayre Kehoe.
We want you to be happy with your purchase, and we aim to be fair, transparent, and clear about what we can and cannot offer.
1. Handmade Items
Many items sold through the shop are handmade. As such, small variations in colour, finish, or detail may occur and are considered part of the character of handmade goods.
These natural variations do not constitute a fault and are not grounds for a refund.
2. Returns & Refunds Eligibility
We accept returns or refunds in the following circumstances:

Your item arrives damaged

Your item is faulty

You received the wrong item
If your order meets any of the above conditions, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a clear description of the issue. Photographs may be requested to help us assess the problem.
Please note that normal wear and tear or damage caused after delivery does not constitute a fault.
Where appropriate, we will offer:

a replacement, or

a refund to the original payment method
3. Change of Mind
Due to the handmade and often limited nature of our items, we do not accept returns or refunds for:

change of mind

personal preference

ordering the wrong item
Please ensure you read product descriptions carefully before placing your order.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Where applicable under UK consumer law, customers may have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of delivery. In such cases, items must be returned unused and in their original condition. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Digital Products (if applicable)
If digital items are offered in the future, refunds will not be provided once the digital product has been downloaded or accessed, unless the item is faulty.
5. Return Shipping
If a return is approved:

We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Please allow up to 5–10 working days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
