This Delivery & Shipping Policy applies to purchases made through the online shop hosted on www.fayrekehoe.com, including items sold under “Have Courage & Bee Kind”, a small creative business founded by Fayre Kehoe.
1. Shipping Locations
At this time, we ship within the United Kingdom (mainland UK) only.
We do not currently offer international shipping or delivery to UK offshore locations. This may change in the future as the shop grows and shipping options expand.
2. Processing Times
All items are carefully prepared and packaged by hand.
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 3–7 working days, unless otherwise stated on the product listing.
Processing time is separate from delivery time.
3. Delivery Methods
Orders are sent using Royal Mail or an equivalent UK delivery service, depending on the size and weight of the order.
Where applicable, tracking details will be provided once the order has been dispatched.
4. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times after dispatch are as follows:

Standard UK delivery: 2–5 working days
Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by postal delays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
5. Shipping Costs
Some items sold through the shop, including handmade bookmarks, have the cost of standard UK shipping included in the item price.
For these items:

Standard delivery is untracked

No additional shipping fee will be added at checkout
Where alternative delivery options are offered (such as tracked shipping), any additional cost will be clearly displayed at checkout.
Shipping costs for other products, if applicable, are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and delivery method selected.
6. Lost or Delayed Parcels
While we take great care in dispatching orders, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by postal services.
For untracked shipments, delivery confirmation is not available. If your order appears to be significantly delayed, please contact us at fayrekehoe@gmail.com, and we will do our best to assist.
7. Incorrect Address Details
Please ensure that all delivery details are correct at the time of ordering.
We cannot be responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout.
