Delivery time is additional and usually takes 2–5 working days after dispatch for standard UK delivery.

Yes. All bookmarks sold through the shop are handmade, which means small variations in colour, finish, or detail may occur.
These variations are part of the character of handmade items, making each piece unique.
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
Photographs may be requested to help us assess the problem. Where appropriate, we will offer a replacement or a refund.
Due to the handmade and often limited nature of our items, we do not generally accept returns for change of mind, personal preference, or ordering the wrong item.
This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
